A community engagement proposal demonstrating an affordable housing concept envisioned for rebuilding the fire damaged historic town of Lahaina in Hawaii. 

Proposal delivered to community stakeholders and government agencies to engage ideas of retaining existing residents on their current lots and community.

Concept involved a simple housing module with optional wings chosen by homeowner to customize their home to their lot size or housing need. Simple modules, sizing, and materials are envisioned to encourage the efficient use of premanufactured construction on homeowners existing lots.

Ongoing study of creating affordable work force housing in communities lacking this resource. Units are designed to work within various locations, municipalities, and markets and can be attached or detached as required by a program. Project is envisioned to work as BTR apartment or for sale units.

A luxury custom home in North Scottsdale on a hillside desert terrain designed for the homeowner. Concept needed to take advantage of the adjacent views while utilizing the existing boulder outcroppings and saguaros on the site. 

Project also has to conform to hillside standards and height limitations requiring the residence to step along the existing natural grade of the site.

Part of a City of Phoenix proposal request utilizing two empty lots in the Willow historic neighborhood along the existing light rail line. This current concept utilizes 8 new units forming a desirable pocket community where two homes once set. On a rear alley there are 2 covered parking spaces provided for each unit.
