Kevin Lazarowski, Architect, LEED AP

Director of Operations | Principal

Kevin has been with Linderoth Architects for over 25 years and oversees the operations of the firm. He has developed the unique technology and procedures that keeps us efficient, timely and ahead of our industry. He has also earned the LEED AP credential. 

Lori Mullins Dodt

Director of Business Development | Administration

Lori manages the administrative functions of the firm and keeps the daily operations of the office running smoothly. She received her communications degree from NAU and also heads up our business development, client relations, and marketing efforts.

Andy Esche, Architect, NCARB

Director of Architecture | Principal

Andy leads our architectural team with over 20 years of experience and is registered in multiple states. He graduated from the University of Illinois architectural school with studies at the Ecole d 'Architecture de Versailles and is member of NCARB.

Marc Mathieu

Project Manager | Construction Lead

Starting with our firm as an intern 15 years ago, Marc has held various roles during his tenure at Linderoth Architects. Most days he is a Project Manager working daily with our clients and getting their projects built. He also is our resident construction and field expert. 

Tim Dodt, AIA, LEED AP, CGP

Director of Design | Principal

With over 24 years at Linderoth, Tim heads up the creative vision of our studio while working with our clients. He received his architectural degree from ASU and has earned the LEED AP credential as well as the NHBA Certified Green Professional.

Clair Lazarowski

Architectural Draftsman | Graphics Artist

Clair contributes to our project drafting and design review presentations created in our office. When she is not utilizing her computer background and skills here, she is finalizing her studies as an ASU student.

Mark Rakers

Project Manager

A long-time Linderoth alum, Mark bring years of architectural and design experience as a role player within our firm. Most days he fills our Project Managers duties working with our custom home clients.

Oliver Ruiqi

Architectural Designer | Draftsman

A recent grad of the ASU school of architecture masters program, Oliver was a previous intern with our firm. He now contributes as a junior designer and draftsman as he prepares for his architectural licensing process.

Julie McAtee

Office Administration | Accounting

Consulting with our firm, Julie's specialty is accounting and office administration. She brings years of experience in financial and business matters to help keep our operation advancing efficiently.

Nicholas Dodt

Graphic Artist | Office Assistant

Currently a business and psychology student at ASU, Nick finds time creating our renderings and colored presentations while helping with general office administration.  

Khushbu Patel

Architectural Intern

Khushbu is currently in the master-degree program at the ASU school of architecture. She was our intern for the summer 2023 program and has played a roll being able to help with all aspects of our work.

Suki

Director of Morale

At only 6 months old, Suki came to us as a puppy with little experience. She has since grown to working part-time as a mascot wandering our halls spreading cheer when she is not napping or gazing out at our view.
